Can I join without a credit card?
Yes you can! We offer Online Checks and Web 900 for
US customers. We also offer Asian ATM cards and for European
Members who have their Card Declined we also have Direct
Debit Services for Netherlands, Germany & Austria.
Why was my card rejected?
There are many reasons your Card could have been rejected.
To prevent Fraud there are numerous measures a processing
company will go through. It could be as simple as you have
no Credit right through to you have been found to refund
a lot of purchases which has Black Listed your Card. If
you card is declined you will be presented with a page giving
the option of an alternative processor to try. It is quite
easy for you to be declined by one processor and picked
up by another.
My Credit Card was rejected by iBill. Is it possible to
signup through another processor?
It sure is! Just return to the join page and give CCBill
a go. If you were declined by CCBill then you can try IBill.
If both decline you then on the Decline page you have the
option of using Verotel. If they also decline you then I
would imagine your Card has been Black Listed. If this is
the case send us an email at webmaster@boybucks.net
and we will see if we can sort this out.
How
will this charge appear on my credit card statement?
Depending on the processor you have used, will depend
on how it appears on your Statement. Usually you will get
just the processors name, however you may get one of our
Company Names. This will be either Tantex or Century Switch.
There will be no reference to the site you have subscribed
to.
How often am I charged?
Depending on the option you have chosen you will be
charged either Monthly or 4 Monthly. Now although these
state they are monthly, they are in fact 30 day cycles.
So a 4 month Subscription will actually rebill every 120
days after you sign up and a monthly subscription will rebill
every 30 days until you cancel your Membership.
If
I cancel my membership 10 days before it is due to expire
will my membership end on that date?
No it will not. Basically you need to look at it as
though you are paying for the service in advance. Even if
you cancel your membership 2 days in you have actually already
purchased the full months membership. So this means you
will continue to have access until your Credit runs out.
Will
you be sending me anything in the mail?
No we will not. The only correspondance you will ever
get from us is via email. Your Address is only required
by the processor to check for possible Transaction Fraud.
An example of this is if a Card is registered in the US
and someone subscribes to the site saying they are from
Africa, there is a good chance your Membership will be declined.
